Some projects don’t just tell stories, they show how things work, how they feel, and why they matter. That’s exactly what Lifeworks Studios tapped into with two exciting projects: a CGI explainer films for Motul India and a 3D product visualisation for Royal Enfield’s Sena Bluetooth device. Both projects were completely different in execution, but united by one thing, pushing the boundaries of digital content to elevate brand communication.

Here’s a behind the scenes into how we visualised performance, design, and functionality, frame by frame, and pixel by pixel.

Motul Explainer CGI Films

Client: Motul India
Agency: VML India
Production House: Lifeworks Studios

The CGI films for Motul India were all about explaining how the oil flows and functions in the vehicle technically. The aim? Educating the audience on how Motul Petrol & Diesel System Clean Plus cleans the system, without losing their attention to jargon. We created engaging CGI sequences to communicate how the product enhances engine performance through dirt removal, deposit cleaning, and octane boosting. 3D dynamic animation was used to break it down into digestible visual chunks that inform, engage, and impress.

We approached the project like a science class in motion. Each frame had to be technically accurate yet fluid and compelling. The breakdown included:

1. Cleaning Dirt and Clogs in the Fuel System
Showing how to remove dirt and blockages within the fuel system. Accumulation of contaminants can hinder fuel flow, reducing engine efficiency and performance.

2. Removing Deposits from Inlet Valves and Combustion Chambers
Focuses on the effectiveness of the product in eliminating stubborn deposits from both inlet valves and combustion chambers. Over time, carbon buildup can negatively impact engine performance, leading to reduced power and efficiency.

3. Octane Boost for Enhanced Performance
Highlight how it provides an octane boost that translates into improved engine performance. This feature not only maximizes power output but also helps to prevent knocking, ensuring a smoother driving experience.

Sena 50S x Royal Enfield – 3D Visualisation

Client: Royal Enfield
Production House: Lifeworks Studios

For the Royal Enfield x Sena Intercom, our challenge was to elevate product design communication. We made a dynamic 3D animation to showcase the Royal Enfield x Sena Intercom. This device helps people talk to each other while riding motorcycles. With each video lasting approximately 6 seconds, we focused on giving designers, marketers, and even end-users a 360° view of the product The strategy was all about clarity and form. We:

  • Developed hyper-realistic renders of the Sena 50S Intercom.
  • Focused on lighting and texture to highlight materiality.
  • Crafted short visual loops for maximum impact across digital platforms.

Deliverables

For Motul India, we delivered a full-length CGI explainer film broken into thematic sequences, each one illustrating a distinct function of the System Clean Plus product.

For Royal Enfield, the final output included a series of short-format 3D videos optimized for digital use, showcasing the product’s integration with the Super Meteor 650 from every possible angle.

The Lifeworks Experience

At Lifeworks Studios, we live for projects that combine technical accuracy with creative flair. Both Motul and Royal Enfield gave us the opportunity to dive deep into product storytelling through CGI Films and 3D visualisation. These weren’t just content pieces, they were mini digital experiences crafted to inform and inspire.

We didn’t just animate, We engineered imagination.
